BHÍOS Golf is a small Irish studio. We collect only what we need to make your piece and get it to you, and we treat it the way we would want our own details treated.
What we collect When you order or contact us we collect your name, email address, delivery address, payment confirmation (processed securely by Shopify; we never see your card details) and the personalisation details for your piece. If you join our email list we hold your email address and your consent to receive occasional emails.
How we use it We use your information to design, proof, make and deliver your piece, to reply to your messages, and, only if you have signed up, to send you the occasional BHÍOS email. We do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Who processes it Our store runs on Shopify, which processes order and payment data on our behalf. Delivery details are shared with our framing and delivery partners solely to produce and deliver your piece.
Your rights Under GDPR you can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from emails with one click. Email and it will be handled personally.
Cookies The site uses the standard Shopify cookies needed for the shop and checkout to function.
