  • Where are BHIOSgolf products made?
    All our frames are handmade in Ireland, and our prints are Gicleé printed on acid-free archival paper for the highest quality.
  • What types of customisation are available?
    You can add a name and message, or choose premium customisation options that include adding logos, tournament information, and changing the bucket list items. We want to create the best gifts possible. If you have an idea as to how it can be better personalised we will try and accommodate. It is going to be on the wall for 10,20 30 years after all...
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order directly on our website or you can contact us directly on info@bhiosgolf.com
  • Can I see a preview of my customised print before it is finalised?
    Yes, we provide digital previews for all customised orders to ensure you are happy with the design before it goes to print.
  • Can I order a print without a frame?
    Unfortunately, we don't offer this as a standard option. We believe our designs are meant to be hung on your wall and not sitting inside a tube, so we only offer framed prints. If you have a specific request, please contact info@bhiosgolf.com
  • What are the shipping costs?
    We offer subsidised flat-rate shipping: €10 for Ireland, €25 for the UK and EU, €50 for the USA and UAE, and €60 for the rest of the world.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Delivery times vary depending on customisation levels and where they are being received. For more accurate timescales, please contact info@bhiosgolf.com
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship our products worldwide.
