At BHIOSgolf, we believe our designs are meant to be hung on your wall. Therefore, we make sure each one of our prints is already framed and ready to be admired upon delivery. Because of this, we have subsidised the delivery of the frames and offer a flat rate across all of our sizes.

Processing Time: Creating custom-made pieces can take time. We strive to complete orders as quickly as possible, but processing times can vary due to the level of customisation needed. For more accurate timescales, please contact kevin@BHIOSgolf.com.

• Ireland: €10
• UK & EU: €25
• USA & UAE: €50
• Rest of the World: €60

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Customised/Personalised Products: Cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

• Approval: Once approved, ship the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within a few days of receiving the item.
